Base pay range: $19.00/hr – $26.00/hr.

• Meet all production goals and timelines.
• Track time usage on every job.
• Operate and maintain the CNC router tables and associated supplies and equipment.
• Open and move production files from the network to the CNC router tables using the associated computers and programs.
• Comply with all workplace safety programs.

• Use proper equipment and techniques to complete each task.
• Experience in proper setup of CNC router tables to ensure functioning and precise measurements.
• Follow production priorities listed in the ASI scheduling software.
• Execute tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast paced, customer-centric deadline driven environment.
• Perform start-up and shut-down procedures daily, including:
• Operational test runs.
• Verification of settings.
• Staging of materials.
• Translate cut file instructions into computer commands.
• Inspect and measure finished work against job specifications.
• Manage the machines while executing tasks and make necessary adjustments.
• Clean finished parts as required.
• Collaborate with team members, other departments, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC router tables, including but not limited to: cleaning, lubrication, fluid replacement, maintenance and emptying of dust collector, clean work area daily.

• Experience operating CNC router table equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform and deliver in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
• Detail orientation.
• Understanding of measurements, mathematical terms and conversion of fractional to decimal measurements.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks on a tight timeline.
• Knowledge of sign fabrication, installation and mechanical processes a plus.
• Experience in fabrication of channel letters a plus.
• Experience operating Enroute on a computer a plus.
• Experience working with software that produces graphical images a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in sign construction a plus.

• Personal protective equipment required: safety glasses, earplugs, safety shoes, face mask/shield.
• Move and lift awkward metal sheets (must lift 75 lbs).

Full-time

10‑hour shifts (40 hours per week)

A high school diploma or equivalent is desired but not required in lieu of experience.
