• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, repair, and replace components such as bearings, belts, and motors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with aggregate or heavy industrial machinery and related systems.
• Commitment to safety standards and ability to follow established protocols.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes.

• Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $21.00 to $30.80 per hour
