Manufacturing Associate - Biologics (Multiple Openings) - NIGHT SHIFT

Holly Springs, NC | Salary: $22.00‑$24.00 per hour

We are building North America’s largest end‑to‑end CDMO biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Join us to help produce drug substances, fill‑finish, and packaging for vaccines, cures, or therapies. The facility will operate 24/7 and our manufacturing teams work 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 calendar rotation.

• During the Project Phase:
  • Participate in testing activities (FAT, PQ, etc.).
  • Support preparation of documentation packages (SOPs, Work Instructions).
  • Contribute to operational readiness for weigh‑and‑dispense, bulk drug substance or drug product manufacturing.
  • Assist in procedure review, creation, and transfer of manufacturing processes.
• Once We Are Operational:
  • Lead, execute, and document manufacturing processing steps and support activities.
  • Perform functional area operations and process monitoring.
  • Execute validation protocols according to cGMP SOPs.
  • Own or establish processes and trainings; act as trainer for coworkers.
  • Maintain compliance of GMP documents and ensure personal training level is compliant.
  • Support senior associates or supervisors with scheduling daily activities as needed.
  • Shift work required:
    Weekends and potential nights.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Manufacturing Associate 2: High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience in Life Sciences Manufacturing OR Associate's Degree with 0 years of related experience OR Equivalent Military training/experience.
• Manufacturing Associate 3: High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience in Life Sciences Manufacturing OR Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience OR BA/BS in Life Sciences with 0 years of experience OR Equivalent Military training/experience.
• Manufacturing Associate 4: High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in Life Sciences Manufacturing OR Associate's Degree with 4 years’ experience OR BA/BS with 2 years of experience OR Equivalent Military training/experience.
• Manufacturing Associate 5: High School Diploma or GED with 8 years’ experience in a Life Sciences Manufacturing environment OR Associate Degree with 6 years’ experience OR BA/BS, preferably in Life Sciences/Engineering with 4 years of experience OR Equivalent Military Experience.

• Must be exposed to a ventilated environment that may necessitate respiratory protection.
• May be exposed to noisy environments.
• Normal range of vision required.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs of various heights.
• Will experience prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and stretching throughout the shift, up to 12 hours.
• Use of hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate computer keyboard, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment required.
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
