** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and maintain equipment to support aggregate production
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
* Assist with material handling and loading operations
* Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards
* Support plant operations through general labor and cleanup tasks

*** Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
* Strong commitment to teamwork and reliability
* Capability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment
* Willingness to perform physical tasks in varying conditions
* Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $18.06 to $24.24 per hour
