Week 1:
Two (2) 12-hour day shifts (scheduled by the department) and four (4) on-call shifts Monday-Thursday 19:00-07:00. Example:
Week 1 7a-7p – Off on Monday, Work on Tuesday, Work on Wednesday, Off on Thursday, Off Friday, Off Saturday, Off Sunday. 7p-7a – Call on Monday, Call on Tuesday, Call on Wednesday, Call on Thursday, Off Friday, Off Saturday, Off Sunday.

Week 2:
One (1) 12-hour day shift (scheduled by the department) and six (6) on-call shifts Tuesday-Sunday. Tuesday-Friday 19:00-07:00;
Saturday 07:00-Monday 07:00. Example:
Week 2 7a-7p – Off on Monday, Off on Tuesday, Work on Wednesday, Off on Thursday, Off on Friday, Call on Saturday, Call on Sunday. 7p-7a – Off on Monday, Call on Tuesday, Call on Wednesday, Call on Thursday, Call on Friday, Call on Saturday, Call on Sunday.

• Must be able to report to work within 45 minutes when called in.

• Paid for all hours worked, including a minimum of 2 hours of pay when called in.
• Eligible for shift differentials and overtime per policy.
• Guaranteed 36 hours pay per week, no call-back pay, no on-call pay for non-working on-call hours.

UNC Rex Holly Springs has a robust and efficient surgical program. We perform both inpatient and outpatient procedures on adult and pediatric populations in our 3 Operating rooms and 1 Procedure Room. The Nurses and Surgical Technologists provide intraoperative care for a variety of service lines including Orthopedics, General, GYN, Robotics, Neuro, Breast, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Ophthalmology, and Endoscopy.

Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards. Reporting and accountable to the Nurse Manager/Director, the Clinical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
