Position Summary
The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales‑focused role crucial to our team's success. This position involves providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer needs. You will sell the visit, persuade potential customers to engage with our automotive services, build strong relationships, promote products and services, and establish clear time commitments for service appointments.
In addition, you will conduct transaction procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Pay Range
$14.73 – $22.04
- Operate as a motivated sales individual.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaint situations to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
