Overview

Morgan-Corps’ growing Industrial Division is a multi-disciplined industrial construction group self-performing Concrete, Electrical, Structural, Pipe and Deep Foundation scopes in industrial process facilities.

Over the past 77 years, Morgan Corp has developed into one of the largest diversified heavy construction companies in the Southeast. The Industrial Division is based in our Spartanburg office and performs work in the Southeast.

This isn’t a one-track apprenticeship. You’ll rotate through different roles and gain insight into many areas of industrial construction, including:

• Site preparation and layout
• Pipework and mechanical systems
• Structural steel and concrete work
• Basic electrical installation and troubleshooting
• Equipment operation and maintenance
• Quality control and safety practices
• Project coordination and logistics

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Eager to learn and not afraid to get their hands dirty
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Team players who ask questions and take initiative
• Interested in a long-term career in the construction industry

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies
• Reliable transportation to job sites
