Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 / year

• Low-Voltage Installation Technician

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands‑on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

• In‑Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

• Full‑Time | 40 Hours Per Week
• Mon‑Fri 8:30am‑5:00pm

• Pull/Terminate/Test Low‑Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron)
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires
• Build and lace equipment racks
• Advanced setup and configuration of devices
• Advanced understanding of networks
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices
• Programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron/Josh.ai)
• Lower Skill or No Programming = Less Pay

• AV Installation (Resi & Commercial)
• Security Installation
• Low‑Voltage Cable Pulling
• Managed Services (MSP) - If you can install!
• Electrician (HV or LV)

• $30-$50/hr – Yup!
• Medical/Dental/Vision - check!
• PTO - 80 hours Yr1-3
• 5 Paid Holidays
• $50/month cell phone stipend

• Mid-Senior level
