Position
Junior High Baseball Head Coach –
Thales Academy
Thales Academy is a private school dedicated to developing classical thinkers by preparing our students to become well‑rounded citizens eager to transform global society. Thales Academy Athletics is a lively, ever‑evolving program competing at the state level in the NCISAA and is a member of the Raleigh Area Athletic Conference.
Sport SeasonThe baseball season runs from February through May.
Responsibilities- Conduct tryouts for the team
- Create plans for all practices and games
- Manage game decisions, playing time, and feedback from players and parents
- Consistently communicate with the Athletic Director, players, and parents
- Provide instruction and development skills to the student in relation to the assigned sport
- Contribute to the education program and the growth of student‑athletes for competitive success
All Coaches are paid a stipend at the end of the season.
- New Junior High Head Coach: $1,150
- Returning Junior High Head Coach: $1,350
