About the Holly Springs Salamanders

The Holly Springs Salamanders are a member of the Coastal Plain League. The CPL is a 15 team Collegiate Summer Baseball League ranging from Virginia to Georgia.

About The Intern Program

The Holly Springs Salamanders are looking for motivated and dedicated intern looking to begin or continue their careers in the sports industry. The intern program is open to college students and recent college graduates. Interns will be required to work all home games and some non-game day events and office requirements. This program is designed to showcase behind-the-scenes of working for a sports organization.

Tickets & Ballpark Operations Intern

Timeline: May 11th - August 5th (depending on playoffs)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with daily ticket operations, including processing requests, responding to customer service emails and phone calls, and completing ticket fulfillment tasks.
• Support the execution of ticket promotions and clearly communicate ticketing details and stadium information to fans and staff.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Sell single-game tickets and special ticket packages.
• Provide customer service support for package holders and season ticket members.
• Coordinate game day preparation, including wristband distribution, ticket scanners, stadium setup, and assisting with walk-up ticket sales at North Main Athletic Complex ticket windows.
• Set up and break down game-day areas, including concourse tables, signage, and concession spaces.
• Assist with post-game meal organization and execution.
• Assist with monitoring cleanliness throughout the seating bowl, concourse, restrooms, perimeter, and group and hospitality areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

• $10/hour
