We’re looking for a Senior Property Accountant with 3–5 years of hands-on real estate accounting experience to join our fantastic team.

This isn’t just another accounting role, it's a unique opportunity to dive deep into the financial, operational, and strategic aspects of a growing real estate portfolio. You'll work directly with the CFO and ownership team, playing a pivotal role in guiding financial performance and shaping our future.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle property accounting for both owned and third-party managed assets
• Review and validate financial reports submitted by property managers
• Handle monthly and quarterly reporting, including CAM reconciliations and operating expense tracking
• Oversee general ledger activity—journal entries, reconciliations, accruals
• Analyze lease terms with a focus on CAM charges and reimbursement clauses
• Partner with property managers to develop and monitor annual budgets
• Conduct budget-to-actual comparisons and variance analysis across the portfolio
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and property-level financial modeling
• Support acquisitions, underwriting, and due diligence efforts
• Prepare financial documentation for refinancing and lender reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact for all property-level financial matters

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of property accounting experience (commercial or multi-tenant preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of CAM reconciliations and triple net lease structures
• Strong Excel skills; experience with property/accounting software a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to thrive in a small, agile environment where you wear multiple hats
