Client Onboarding Specialist

ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to support the strategic implementation of payroll & HR solutions for mid‑sized business clients. The role focuses on building client relationships, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring successful adoption of ADP services.

• Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences.
• Implement ADP technologies by consulting, analyzing existing systems, and recommending solutions.
• Partner with internal teams in sales and customer service to share information and address issues.
• Multi‑task on time‑sensitive projects, follow up with clients, and maintain organization in a high‑volume environment.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and manage inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.

• High School Diploma.
• 1‑3 years of experience in client service, customer service, or systems integration.
• Basic project management skills.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
• College degree preferred but not required; military experience also considered.
