The candidate must be board certified in Pediatric General Surgery and have no current or pending adverse clinical privileging actions against them. Malpractice history will be considered on a case by case basis, however, no history of judgments or settlements is preferred. A practitioner who resides in the State of FL is also preferred, but, not necessary
