Primary Care Physician

An established, state-of-the-art award-winning patient care facility is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team! The practice offers a great life/work balance while providing quality care to a geriatric patient population. We are seeking a Physician who is experienced in value-based Medicare advantage setting and is looking for long-term outpatient practice. They focus on quality not quantity!

The ideal candidate will be Fluent in English/Spanish and Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics . They strive to provide top quality care to their patients through practicing preventive medicine and following the latest published medical guidelines.

Primary Care Physician - Summary

• Seeing 10 to 15 patients per day
• Detect and manage chronic diseases
• Develop patient strategy to reduce hospitalization and ER visits
• Collaborate with Case Managers and Specialty Providers
• Educate patients on the value of compliance
• Completed US residency program

Primary Care Physician - Qualifications

• Experience in value-based care
  - Required (non-negotiable)
• BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics - Required (non-negotiable)
• Full, unrestricted Florida Medical License
• DEA
• Fluent in English and Spanish - Required (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable using E clinical works (EMR)
