We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming residents

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care outcomes

• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines

We are a small, 99-bed rehabilitation center located in North Miami Beach, Florida. Our facility is designed to provide a home-like environment, with private suites, a tropical courtyard, and comfortable common areas.
