Hard Rock - [Guest Service / Concierge] As a Greeter at Hard Rock, you'll:
Be responsible for greeting all guests for any events;
Continually exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience;
Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL;
Greet guests and scan tickets and/or escort guests to their proper assigned seats;
Acknowledge all guest related issues and reports to Supervisor.
