Hard Rock - [Service Attendant] As a Spa Locker Room Attendant at Hard Rock, you'll:
Greet and guide guests and explain Spa facilities and offerings;
Explain the set-up and workings of the locker rooms, bathroom, and shower to guests;
Guide guest to next schedule treatment or area;
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the spa and fitness facility;
Restock all linens in locker rooms and appropriate guest areas;
Understand the basics of the spa menu and products in order to communicate knowledgably with guests and upsell same.
