• Current certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED
• Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues when necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
• Physical fitness and stamina to meet the demands of the role
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
