Attorney - Immigration

Overview

Immigration Attorney position at The Law Offices of Robert M. Bell, P.A. in Hollywood, Florida. Full-time, in-office, bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Focused on family-based, humanitarian, and removal defense immigration matters.

• Represent clients in family-based and humanitarian immigration cases
• Prepare and submit immigration petitions, motions, and supporting documentation
• Attend USCIS interviews and Immigration Court hearings
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal arguments
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and government agencies
• Manage deadlines and ensure thorough case preparation

• Licensed U.S. attorney (active in any state)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration law (family, humanitarian, removal defense)
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Client-focused approach and ability to manage a full caseload
• Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative

• Base salary: $115,000 - $140,000 DOE
• Base pay range: $115,000 - $140,000 per year
