Customer Success Manager

Description Kforce has a client in Hollywood, CA that is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage advertiser relationships, support campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. This role combines account management, customer success, and sales within a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and develop a portfolio of advertiser accounts
* Lead customer onboarding and drive product adoption and retention
* Advise clients on campaign performance and optimization opportunities
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
* Maintain client activity, sales pipeline, and account documentation
* Conduct regular client outreach through calls, emails, and meetings
* Troubleshoot campaign delivery and trafficking issues
* Partner with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Data, and Marketing teams to resolve client needs
* Interpret campaign data and provide actionable client recommendations
* Manage revenue targets and maintain strong client relationships Requirements
* 2-5 years of digital advertising, media sales, customer success, or account management experience
* 2-3 years of media experience
* Strong account management and client relationship skills
* Knowledge of digital advertising and the campaign lifecycle
* Ability to identify sales opportunities within existing accounts
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Ability to interpret campaign performance data
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Connected TV (CTV) advertising experience
* Direct-client advertising sales experience
* Experience working with SMB advertisers
* Experience with self-service advertising platforms
* Experience in a fast-paced or start-up-style environment
