• Develop and implement effective patient care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of care and effective communication

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality patient care, adhering to established policies and procedures

• Current Florida RN license
