Jacksonville, Florida's most preferred health system - located in one of the nation's most sought after destinations - is seeking a FULL TIME NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT to join our top-ranked and rapidly-growing inpatient team to provides inpatient care, treatment, and education under the supervision of the overseeing physician according to the Baptist Inpatient Medicine Nurse Practitioner Protocols.
What You Can Expect- 6 - 12 patients per shift
- No call schedule
- Epic EHR System
- Collaborative work environment
- Continue professional growth through CME
- Minimum of one year of experience in Hospital Medicine or Critical Care/ICU
- Certified and licensed APRN/PA
- Current BLS and ACLS certification, or ability to obtain
- Valid Florida driver's license
Baptist Hospitalists - internists and family physicians who exclusively practice in the hospital, working in partnership with outpatient and post-acute care physicians to provide care across the spectrum. The Baptist Hospitalist Team provides care on-site, 24/7 and are a valued and respected part of the inpatient team.
Education RequiredMasters Degree (MA/MS) - Science
ExperienceLicense and Certification
