Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest or passion for weight management, disease prevention and reversal, and healthy aging? Do you find yourself drawn to multidisciplinary, integrated interventions that address root causes and touch on lifestyle medicine, women’s health, pharmacology, hormonal, peptide, and vitamin therapies, motivational counseling, and more? We are seeking an individual with an unwavering dedication to exceptional patient care, a collaborative spirit, intrinsic motivation for helping others, and an acute attention to detail—all complemented by a polished, professional, service minded demeanor.

• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight management and metabolic health, applying the JumpstartMD program.
• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for hormone replacement therapy, applying the JumpstartMD program.
• Learn and effectively integrate additional care protocols including advanced lipid testing, risk stratification, and management, hormonal and peptide therapies, skin and hair, sexual health, micronutrient optimization, and more.
• Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
• Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls and promptly respond to post-visit inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.
• Support team by assisting with medical and program-related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas, California or Florida. (Additional state licenses are a major plus )
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number
• Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
