Telephonic Clinical Operations - Registered Nurse

The Telephonic Clinical Operations Registered Nurse at CVS Health is responsible for supporting the clinical operations of CVS Specialty Pharmacy, focusing on patient education, adherence monitoring, and adverse drug event reporting. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to make a meaningful impact in a remote setting.

• Pay: $29.10 - $62.32/hour
• Location: Orlando, FL
• Residency: Must live within a 50-mile radius of Orlando, FL, or Tampa, FL
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 8:00pm Eastern Time

• Perform telephonic counseling to new patients on their disease process and prescribed drug action.
• Provide patient education directly or in response to telephonic inquiries.
• Monitor adherence and conduct outbound calls.
• Collaborate with physicians and their staff to resolve clinical issues.
• Assist in training new clinical staff on chronic illnesses and treatment modalities.
• Maintain nursing CEUs and seek continuous learning opportunities.
• Report adverse drug events (ADE).
• Practice with professionalism and accountability as an employee of CVS.

Education:

• Associate's degree in nursing required (minimum)

Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in a clinical setting, Medical/Surgical experience preferred
• Experience in an acute care setting providing care to patients with chronic conditions preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Active and unrestricted multi-state registered nursing license in state of FL with the ability to become licensed in states not part of the Nurse Licensure Compact
