We serve continuously from open until late night, and we’re a home away from home for many Floridians.

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Mix liquor and ingredients according to recipes and measurements
• Serve guests cheerfully and courteously, maintaining a professional image
• Keep the bar neat, clean, and well-stocked
• Verify correct pricing for drinks
• Serve food as per the Server Job Description
• Be knowledgeable of drink promotions and specials, and answer guest questions clearly
• Enter orders accurately into POS system in a timely manner
• Assess guest demeanor, identify intoxicated guests, and know when to involve a manager
• Collect payments, ensure transaction accuracy, and give correct change
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework
• Stand and walk 100% of shift
• Reach, bend, stir, wipe, and shake drinks vigorously
• Immerse hands in water frequently
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Speak, read, and write English proficiently
• Read and write handwritten checks and notes
• Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification programs
• Request proper  determine guest age manually
• Work five days a week
