Responsibilities include:Communicating all kitchen issues with management throughout the day.Reading and writing notes in English in the manager’s daily log.Attending weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.Reading the weekly memo.Completing weekly/monthly employee evaluations.Communicating with all m.o.d. when shift is completed.Reporting all events honestly and accurately, both positive and negative.Complying with policies, rules, and directions from manuals, memos, and meetings.Attending quarterly supervisor meetings.Having current food management certification.Demonstrating ownership mentality.Having flexibility for scheduling, as Flanigan’s operates 365 days a year.Willingness to transfer to different locations.Possessing a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Scheduling vacations between April and November; must be taken or forfeited.Ordering and formulating pars.Having basic math skills, including currency handling, calculator use, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Having basic computer skills.Understanding and implementing health code standards.Adhering to Flanigan’s hiring policies and conducting timely interviews.Issuing written evaluations for performance.Ability to see, speak clearly, listen, taste, and smell.Ability to read and write English.Standing and moving about for up to 4 hours at a time, with stamina for 50-55 hours per week.Lifting up to 50 lbs.Bending, stooping, squatting, or crawling.Operating kitchen equipment with coordination.Adhering to dress and grooming policies.Benefits include:
