• Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
• Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc., as needed
• Be knowledgeable about Food & Beverage menus, current promotions, and specials, and answer guests’ questions clearly
• Accurately take guests’ orders and enter into POS system promptly
• Retrieve and deliver food or drinks from kitchen or bar to guests in a timely manner
• Assess guests’ demeanor and know when to summon a Manager
• Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently, including credit cards, cash, or gift cards, and give correct change
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework as assigned
• Restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guests
• Stand and walk for 100% of shift, with ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
• Lift up to 50 lbs to deliver and clear plates and glasses
• Speak, read, and write English fluently
• Read and write handwritten guest checks and notes
• Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification programs
• Work a five-day week
