• Engage with customers to deliver excellent service, educate them about products, and foster brand loyalty.
• Act as a product expert and educate, inform, inspire, and wardrobe the customer.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class, omni-channel customer experience.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Drive sales and service using suggestive selling and proactive engagement.
• Support store operations including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues, including returns, courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

• Passionate about retail and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as needed.
• Able to utilize retail technology and move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
