Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Territory

Location:

Hollywood, FL. Hot leads are generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. You can use the strength of the well-known brand to generate more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers.

• The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
• Represent a quality brand in the industry serving customers for over 60 years
• Generate and close sales through pre-qualified leads and in-home presentations
• Earn while you learn with paid training

• Maintain professional appearance and brand-aligned attire

• Valid driver's license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards; ability to drive and transport samples
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person and virtually
• Business development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device for diagramming and contract preparation
• Present professionally, including Empire branded apparel
