About the Role
Join the go-to-market team at an early-stage marketplace company serving specialized vehicle and equipment buyers and sellers. You will own the full sales cycle and help expand the company's customer base through a mix of inbound and outbound selling.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through closing new business.
- Balance inbound leads with outbound outreach to build and manage your pipeline.
- Meet customers in person as needed to understand their needs and develop strong relationships.
- Represent the company at conferences and in customer conversations, including with municipal and fleet decision-makers.
- Keep sales activity and opportunities organized in the CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Two to six years of full-cycle Account Executive experience, including outbound prospecting.
- Experience at an early-stage, venture-backed startup and enthusiasm for contributing as an individual contributor in a fast-moving environment.
- Recent hands‑on sales experience and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
- Experience selling to government municipalities is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers in person.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder; visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $93,000 to $118,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Remote within the United States, with a primary location in Miami, Florida. Travel to meet customers is part of the role.
