R11063### About the Position We move fast around here, and we need a
** Property Electrician
** to help keep our top-tier electrical systems running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in maintaining some of the coolest buildings in St. Pete (and yes, we’re bragging a little). From routine maintenance to safety procedures, you’ll support the electrical backbone of our campus.### Position Responsibilities
* Partner with the Lead Campus Electrician to maintain all campus electrical systems, including lighting, emergency lighting, lighting controls, and backup power.
* Support electrical projects, including permitted work and inspections.
* Manage electrical supply and material inventories for repairs and projects.
* Troubleshoot and repair power interruptions, outages, and lighting issues.
* Maintain and service ATS/MTS equipment and backup generators.
* Provide temporary power for events—handling setup, monitoring, and breakdown per manufacturer guidelines.
* Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM), including scans and inspections of all electrical systems.
* Coordinate with outside contractors on equipment service and repairs.
* Support property and facilities-related work across campus—we work as one team.### What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a commercial property setting (or equivalent education/experience).
* Proficiency with PCs, tablets, Energy Management Systems (EMS), building automation, and fire alarm systems.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership ability.
* Vocational/technical training certificate or college degree in a related field required.
* Journeyman level license or above is a plus.
* Must meet health and physical qualifications for the role.
