As a Polk Air Service Technician, you’ll:

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot complex heating and cooling issues.
• Perform professional maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.
• Educate homeowners on repair, comfort, efficiency, and system options.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, IAQ, maintenance, and other comfort solutions.
• Accurately document service calls using digital tools.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Represent Polk Air professionally in customers’ homes and throughout the community.

We want an HVAC professional who knows the trade and takes pride in it.

• Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience — REQUIRED.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• EPA Certification — Type II or Universal preferred.
• Clean, valid Florida Driver’s License — REQUIRED.
• Own professional-quality HVAC tools and know how to use them.
• Dependable, motivated, and ready to work— REQUIRED.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Team player who respects the customer, coworkers — REQUIRED.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
