Compensation: $80,000-$105,000

• 3+ years of previous public accounting experience.
• Successful candidate should have CPA or be on a timeline of obtaining within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.
• Ability to research and resolve complex issues with minimal oversight.
• Experience in planning and supervising larger engagements; previous tax return preparation experience is required.
• Solid research and writing skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• A competent working knowledge of accounting, auditing and tax software is required.

• Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and executing assigned tax returns and accounting/consulting projects, working directly with Partners and Senior Managers.
• Complete moderately complex projects accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently.
• Supervise and lead members of the internal team to ensure client engagements and projects are delivered in a timely manner.
• Participate with more experienced personnel in coordinating large client engagements, identifying problems, and helping clients determine optimal strategies.
• Continually participate in professional and personal development, including appropriate technical trainings.
• Demonstrate leadership skills in support of Firm policies and procedures to promote teamwork and loyalty.
• Promote and create positive client and team member impressions by exhibiting professional demeanor, competence, and ability.
