Position Overview

Cynosure Wealth Advisors is seeking a highly motivated Client Associate who combines exceptional attention to detail with proactive client service and strong institutional awareness of the risks and regulatory implications embedded in custodial workflows.

Role Description

• Serve as the primary liaison with custodians (Fidelity, Schwab) for all operational requests, including new account openings, money movement, and documentation review.
• Initiate, track, and confirm internal journals and external wires while maintaining strict adherence to internal verification protocols and client authorization policies.
• Draft, coordinate, and manage subscription documents for private fund investments; ensure correct completion and timely submission.
• Monitor service case escalations with custodians and resolve client service issues in collaboration with advisor teams.
• Support quarterly billing processes and client onboarding workflows with precision and responsiveness.
• Maintain complete, accurate records of operational activities and document retention to support audit-readiness and compliance oversight.
• Assist in preparing and delivering client performance reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of custodial platforms (e.g., Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center).
• Meticulous attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset.
• High client service orientation with the maturity to operate in a UHNW environment.
• Integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility for firm‑wide reputational risk.
• 0‑3 years of experience in a client‑facing role.
