This is a rare leadership‑track opening where someone will step into a large existing book of business ($800k‑$900k), work closely with partners, and have a clear path to equity partnership.

• 8+ years of public accounting experience
• Certifications:
  
  CPA/EA
• Strong leadership, review, and client management skills

• Lead and review diverse tax engagements (corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, individuals)
• Oversee client relationships and strategic planning
• Help lead the firm while positioning yourself for partnership growth

Comp: Base salary between $120k‑$160k, bonuses, commissions on business brought in, and strong benefits including medical, dental, and 401k with 10% matching.
