CR Bill Max is seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our fast‑paced, high‑volume billing team. This hybrid position is based in our Holmdel, NJ office with onsite work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Base Pay Range: $40,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr.
Key Responsibilities- Submit initial, secondary, and tertiary insurance claims daily for assigned clients.
- Send corrected claims when necessary.
- Review and fix claim rejections.
- Work on ongoing claim submission and correction projects.
- Handle additional billing‑related projects as assigned.
- At least 2 years of experience in medical billing (experience with substance abuse, mental health, or ABA is a plus).
- Ability to handle a fast‑paced workload and shift priorities when needed.
- Organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clear and confident communicator.
- Self‑starter with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Analytical problem‑solver who can stay focused when problems arise.
