• Oversee operations and delivery of patient care in collaboration with department leaders.
• Monitor and facilitate patient flow and throughput.
• Conduct regularly scheduled rounds on all areas to ensure safe and quality care.
• Complete special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Support bedside clinicians to meet the department’s needs.

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing License.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; must obtain within three years.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, Telemetry, and IV Certifications; national certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in critical care or emergency department.
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with leadership, motivational, critical thinking, program development, project management, group facilitation, and team building skills.
• Demonstrated emotional maturity and ability to function effectively under stress.

Minimum hourly rate of $59.89.
