Position OverviewOur client is seeking a driven and motivated Finance and Accounting Recruiter to manage recruiting efforts for their Finance & Accounting (F&A) division. This is a growing team with unlimited potential and a strong client base, offering an excellent opportunity to match top F&A professionals with open roles while earning commission through individual success. The Finance and Accounting Recruiter will be responsible for full‑cycle recruiting within the F&A division.
The ideal candidate is dynamic, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and resilient, with strong objection‑handling skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary positions, including sourcing, screening, conducting in-person behavioral interviews, and completing reference checks.
- Source active talent through job postings, job boards, networking events, social media platforms, and referral generation.
- Match candidates with client job openings to ensure strong alignment and successful placements.
- Negotiate salary rates with candidates.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and conduct post-interview debriefs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, notes, and summaries.
- Assist Account Managers with gathering detailed job requirements from clients.
- Partner with Account Managers during client visits, meetings, and approved client activities.
- Stay current on industry trends and market developments.
- Complete additional projects or tasks as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business staffing, recruiting, or sales experience preferred.
- Proven history of achieving quotas.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, competitive, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work with multiple levels within an organization and across departments.
- Knowledge of solutions-oriented sales and closing techniques.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience required.
