Growth Marketing Manager

We are a leading legal tech firm pioneering the AI revolution in the industry, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help shape the future of how law is practiced.
Hybrid Work Information: This position is based in any of our offices in the US and Canada; candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as on‑site presence at least three days per week is required. Available office locations include Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh, and Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with product marketing and content teams to design and execute demand generation programs that deliver compelling content and offerings mapped to buyer personas, pain points, and buying cycles.
- Work closely with Sales Leaders to develop and support whitespace and product‑focused ABM program plans that drive incremental pipeline and bookings.
- Forecast, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of all demand generation and awareness activities; report on program activities, including cost per lead, cost per response, trends, conversion to opportunity rates, contribution to sales pipeline, ROI, etc.
- Coordinate with content marketing to create landing pages, email copy, and automated workflows that support digital program execution.
- Manage and execute global virtual events, webinars, multi‑touch email campaigns, and third‑party sponsor ships.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team and Customer Success Managers (CSMA) to improve MQL, SQL conversion rates and lead handling processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in the tech/software, legal‑tech, fintech, enterprise software, or SaaS space.
- Proficiency with marketing and sales tools such as Marketo, Hub Spot, Salesforce, and 6
Sense. - Deep understanding of marketing analytics and data‑driven decision making.

Pay Transparency Notice for Applicants: The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $80,000. Compensation is based on education, experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
