Per Diem

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe, excellent, patient-centered care for a diverse patient population.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and other members of the health care team regarding patient status, care rendered, and treatment plans.
• Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Medication administration utilizing clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery of medications.
• Patient- and family-centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and disease management.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of the patient’s plan of care and goals from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
• 1 year of acute care RN experience required

Minimum rate of $44.24 hourly. The posted rate of pay is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay at the time of posting and may not reflect the full value of the total rewards package.
