• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence‑based research, policies, and standards of care for a diverse patient population.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, nursing colleagues, and the broader healthcare team regarding status, care plans, and treatment.
• Optimize patient/guest satisfaction and experience in line with HMH standards.
• Administer medication using the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family centered care focused on health, wellness, and disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patients’ plans of care from admission to discharge, ensuring safe transitions and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license.
• BLS/CPR certification by the American Heart Association.
• BSN in progress or willing to be obtained within three (3) years of hire.
• Minimum one year of RN experience in critical care (ICU or ED).
• ACLS certification.
• National certification is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and patient‑centric focus, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.

Starting at $44.24 hourly. Compensation is benchmarked against market data and may vary based on experience, education, certifications, location, and other non‑discriminatory factors. Additional incentives, bonuses, and shift differentials may apply.
