Resident Care Assistant - RCA

Overview

Resident Care Assistant (RCA) position at Eagle Crest Communities – Holmen, WI. Memory Care units support residents with memory impairment across a range of independence levels.

• Assist residents with personal cares and daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
• Medication management, light housekeeping, and related tasks as needed
• Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
• Transport residents to meals and activities; document daily care
• Communicate with residents, their families, and other departments to promote resident safety and well‑being

• Previous direct care experience (preferred)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and/or experience (any state) (preferred)
• CBRF Certification (preferred)

• Starting rate between $18.05 and $22.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Increases upon orientation completion and regular wage reviews for high performance
• Shift differentials: $1.25/hour PM, $3.00/hour NOC; weekend differential and on‑call incentives

• Previous direct care experience
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience
• CBRF Certification(s)
