As a BT, you’ll work one‑on‑one with children on the autism spectrum, using play‑based activities and science‑backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life‑changing skills. • Paid training to become a certified RBT

  • Supportive team environment where collaboration is key

  • Structured 1:1 sessions — no chaotic group billing

  • 401(k) with company match for all team members

  • Full‑time benefits
: PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, mileage reimbursement & more
Who We’re Looking For
  • ✔ You’re available full‑time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
  • ✔ You have a high school diploma or GED
  • ✔ You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
  • ✔ You’re at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact
