We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Night Senior Support Worker who can lead a team with clarity, warmth, and purpose. If you’re the kind of person who brings structure to the quiet hours and inspires others to deliver exceptional support, this role is for you. Experience in a care or support role is essential — you’ll need a solid understanding of care practices and the confidence to lead others.

Rowan Court is a fifteen-bed community home for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. Looking out across the Holme Valley, Rowan Court is set across three floors and the people who live here share a communal living space, an interactive room and outdoor gardens.

Hollybank Trust is committed to Safeguarding vulnerable people, and our Safer Recruitment process requires all employees to have an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with our Recruitment & Selection policy.

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
