We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Night Senior Support Worker who can lead a team with clarity, warmth, and purpose. If you’re the kind of person who brings structure to the quiet hours and inspires others to deliver exceptional support, this role is for you.

Rowan Court is a fifteen-bed community home for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. Looking out across the Holme Valley, Rowan Court is set across three floors and the people who live here share a communal living space, an interactive room and outdoor gardens.
