We are looking for a dedicated Retail Manager to help lead our WHSmith team.

The Role As the Retail Manager, you will be the key to supporting the WHSmith team in the daily operations of a thriving WHSmith unit. You will be responsible for:
Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team. Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance. Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets. Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment. Supporting our gaming area What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Retail Manager in a high-volume catering or retail environment.

A passion for great displays and outstanding customer service. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The drive to develop yourself and your team.
