This pivotal pastoral role supports pupils’ emotional wellbeing and their engagement in school life. The successful candidate will liaise with teachers and families to ensure each child feels safe, valued, and supported.
Responsibilities include mentoring pupils, tracking attendance, and building positive relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in education, effective communication skills, and an empathetic approach to children and families.
