Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and modify production tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
- Perform root cause analysis on tooling failures and implement robust corrective actions.
- Optimize existing tooling designs for improved efficiency, quality, and reduced cycle times.
- Manage tooling lifecycle, including procurement, maintenance, and end‑of‑life planning.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, design, and quality teams to define tooling specifications.
- Develop and maintain tooling documentation, including drawings, specifications, and maintenance procedures.
- Evaluate and select appropriate materials, manufacturing processes, and suppliers for tooling components.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for tooling design, simulation, and manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, stamping, or die casting.
- Knowledge of tooling materials, heat treatment, surface finishes, and their application.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting tooling issues, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, including GD&T.
- Experience with project management for new tooling development and modifications.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with Additive Manufacturing (3D printing) for tooling applications.
- Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, Moldflow analysis).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
