Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
- Program and configure control systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Fanuc) for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with automated machinery and control systems.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for automation failures and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including electrical schematics and control narratives.
- Ensure all automation systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality in automated operations.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Experience with industrial robotics integration, programming, and maintenance (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Solid understanding of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and network protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation system issues in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Universal Robots).
- Proficiency with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and data integration from OT to IT.
- Knowledge of functional safety standards and implementation (e.g., ISO 13849, IEC 62061).
