Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
- Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment for production.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition to production.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for design and layout.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
- Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, automation, welding).
- Ability to design, develop, and implement tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
- Proven experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving for manufacturing issues.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or IIoT implementations.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI).
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP integration.
